Succession Survival Kit
Managing succession may be the hardest activity you ever face in your family business. This workbook helps you address the right issues; it even tells you what questions to discuss with whom. It provides summary information about managerial, financial and ownership consideration. Its information-gathering section assembles data in one place. If you have a family business, this could be the most important document you leave behind.

An in-depth look at the contents of the Succession Survival Kit.

Passing on Strategic Smarts
Pass on your "strategic smarts" to successors through this set of hands-on, business-planning exercises. Its case design creates a structure for both tasks and talks. This workbook permits strategic planning to serve as the framework for leadership development.

Financial Smarts
The financial situation of the business affects the personal financial situation of the family. Use this workbook to better understand each and to see the interrelationship between the two. You'll work with the balance sheet of the business, the income statement of the business, your personal financial statement, and an estimation of estate taxes based on personal holdings.

Business Stories-Business Savvy
This guide to preparing your business history helps you tap and organize historical resources. It puts the user on a trail to uncover artifacts and key people, to gather and organize dates and data, and to prepare the history for reproduction and preservation.
